Our streamlined process ensures that if a piece doesn't fit your style or silhouette, your exchange or refund is handled with precision.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Bastion packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's journey back to our studio.
